A high school diploma or GED is required, with previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills and working knowledge of industrial troubleshooting practices.
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will support the reliability and performance of production equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and maintain a safe and efficient facility.
