Responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and plant facilities to ensure operational continuity. This includes diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while ensuring safety compliance.
Requires a technical degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, Industrial Electricity, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
El Técnico de Mantenimiento Industrial (Facilities) será responsable de la ejecución de actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en las instalaciones y equipos de producción para asegurar la continuidad operativa y la eficiencia.
Responsabilidades del Puesto
Realizar diagnósticos, reparaciones y mantenimiento de equipos industriales, incluyendo sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
Ejecutar programas de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo según los planes establecidos.
Inspeccionar y solucionar problemas en sistemas de HVAC, sistemas de agua, iluminación y otras infraestructuras de la planta.
Colaborar con el equipo de producción para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad de los equipos y garantizar un entorno de trabajo seguro.
Documentar todas las actividades de mantenimiento, reparaciones y repuestos utilizados.
Participar en la instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos o sistemas.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y medio ambiente en todas las actividades.
Proponer mejoras en los procesos y equipos para optimizar la eficiencia y reducir costos.
Cualificaciones del Puesto
Título técnico en Electromecánica, Mecatrónica, Electricidad Industrial o campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial, preferiblemente en un entorno de manufactura.
Conocimientos sólidos en lectura e interpretación de diagramas eléctricos, hidráulicos y neumáticos.
Experiencia en el manejo de herramientas y equipos de diagnóstico.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes turnos y realizar guardias en caso de ser necesario.
