Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. This includes performing preventive maintenance, installing new equipment, and managing teams to ensure 24-hour operational coverage.
Requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a background in electronic manufacturing environments. Candidates must have knowledge of SMT, PTH, PCBA, and intermediate English communication skills.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, the role involves responsibilities for activities of personnel engaged in the troubleshooting, repairing and maintenance of manufacturing equipment in order to attain goals consistent with cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
