Experiencia manejando gente a cargo o siendo un líder de equipo de forma directa.
Liderar al equipo (11 personas a su cargo de forma directa)
Darle valor a las diferentes propuestas técnicas y proyectos.
Ayudar al equipo de ventas y comercial a realizar las propuestas; para cotizar los equipos, costos de mano de obra, conocimiento de riesgos, entre otros aspectos.
Realizar las Especificaciones del proyecto, dar opiniones (aportación de ideas) y soluciones claras y asertivas.
Es una posición 100% en corporativo y le reporta al área comercial.
