The Manufacturing Associate produces surface mount and through-hole solder components meeting IPC Class II and III standards. Responsibilities include machine set-up, maintenance, and performing quality checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience soldering PCBAs at an IPC Class level. Candidates must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manipulate fragile electronic components.
