Sua energia será muito importante para:
Atuar na operação, monitoramento e suporte aos sistemas de tempo real e infraestrutura de telecomunicações, garantindo alta disponibilidade, desempenho e confiabilidade dos ambientes de Tecnologia Operativa. Será responsável por atuar diretamente nos sistemas críticos (SCADA, redes e automação), assegurando estabilidade operacional, resposta a incidentes e suporte contínuo aos Centros de Operação.
Atuar diretamente nos sistemas de tempo real (SCADA, ADMS, OMS e telecomunicações);
Monitorar e suportar a operação dos sistemas críticos, garantindo disponibilidade e performance;
Atuar na identificação, análise e tratamento de incidentes em tempo real;
Interagir com Centros de Operação e áreas técnicas na resolução de ocorrências;
Atuar em atividades de telecomunicações (rede, conectividade e infraestrutura);
Atuar de forma integrada com fornecedores e equipes de suporte;
Promover melhoria contínua dos processos operacionais de tempo real;
Acompanhar indicadores operacionais e desempenho dos sistemas.
Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Tecnologia da Informação, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, ou áreas correlatas;
Experiência consistente com sistemas de tempo real (SCADA ou similares);
Vivência em operação e suporte de ambientes críticos (TI/TO);
Conhecimento em telecomunicações e infraestrutura de redes;
CNH B;
Disponibilidade para viagens a nível Brasil;
Disponibilidade para atuar em modelo de sobreaviso;
Inglês intermediário;
Espanhol básico.
Experiência em ambientes de Tecnologia Operativa (TO);
Conhecimento de sistemas elétricos e centros de operação;
Vivência com ferramentas de monitoramento e observabilidade;
Experiência em ambientes críticos de alta disponibilidade.
