Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the transformation of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall quality by implementing robust processes, leveraging advanced tools, and adopting innovative methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvements that ensure greater control, accuracy, and integrity in testing activities. Additionally, the role emphasizes evolving testing strategies to be more predictive and intelligent by integrating automation and cutting-edge testing solutions, thereby elevating the quality standards across projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative testing tools and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on testing metrics to ensure alignment with quality objectives and project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong expertise in managing infrastructure services to support quality engineering initiatives.
- Experience in integrating automation tools within service management environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize service processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality testing outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
