Requires a BSEE, MSEE, or PhD with corresponding experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design and proficiency in Cadence tools. Strong knowledge of transistor-level design and power management principles is essential.
Renesas is looking for a Staff Analog Engineer to join the Client Core Power Business Division team in Catania, Italy. In this role, you will work on the design and development of smart power stages and power management integrated circuits (ICs), with the ability to support product definition, and testability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
The expected annual pay range for this position is €50,000–€67,000. Please note that the final offer will depend on factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, and the candidate’s skill set. This role is also eligible for a bonus.
