- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote best practices and continuous learning within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Physical Site Security.
- Strong understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to physical security environments.
- Experience in integrating physical security measures with software systems to enhance overall protection.
- Ability to analyze security requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations relevant to physical site security.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Physical Site Security.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
