Candidates should have experience in designing and delivering data products at scale, particularly in the accommodation or travel industry. A proven sales track record and leadership experience to grow a business unit are also essential.

As one of the world’s most innovative travel tech platforms, we help millions of users make smarter travel decisions by comparing stays across 100+ booking sites so that they can find the best place, at the best price, anywhere in the world.
Central to everything we do is data. We capture vast amounts of it, and we use it to power every product decision and customer interaction we make. Having built a robust, scalable infrastructure to store and surface this data, we're now ready to take the next step: offering it to other industry stakeholders who can use it to improve the market and unlock new efficiencies.
We're looking for an entrepreneurial business leader to own and drive this new initiative from the ground up. This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook — it's for someone who writes them.
You'll lead the entire data product lifecycle: from productisation and pricing through to sales and team-building. You'll be the first mover on a genuinely differentiated opportunity, backed by exceptional data infrastructure and industry-unique datasets.
You have :
Experience designing and delivering data products at scale in the accommodation or travel industry
A proven track record in sales — including prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships
Leadership experience to grow the initial momentum into a scalable, standalone business unit
Identify the data products we can build and the customer segments best positioned to benefit from them
Design pricing and commercialisation models that create genuine value for buyers and for Vio
Build the sales pipeline from scratch — and close the first deals yourself
Hire and develop a team to scale the business once traction is established
A travel industry veteran with deep experience in revenue management, data products, or accommodation OTAs
An entrepreneur at heart — someone with a track record of taking businesses from zero to one, or a self-directed leader who creates momentum without needing organisational scaffolding
Comfortable with ambiguity and energised by the challenge of building something new

Bringing our data to new customers in the industry would often change how they run their operations, significantly increasing their competitiveness and its an honour to be a driver of such change
In 2026, we underwent a company-wide rebrand and launched our first StoryTelling marketing campaign in the UK. This was the next step in our commitment to help travelers book like insiders, and to establish Vio as a consumer-facing, creative brand.
