Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression by providing timely delivery and retrieval of ski equipment and safely parking guest vehicles. Maintains the valet area, communicates with internal departments, and assists guests with inquiries and special requests.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior guest service experience. Must possess a valid driver's license, be able to lift 50 pounds, and work outdoors in adverse winter conditions.

Job Summary:
Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression to members and guests by providing timely delivery and retrieval of members' ski and snowboard equipment and safely parking vehicles . Provide immediate and courteous member service. Communicate with various departments to notify internal staff of member arrival and/or needs.
