Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression to members and guests by providing timely delivery and retrieval of members' ski and snowboard equipment and safely parking vehicles . Provide immediate and courteous member service. Communicate with various departments to notify internal staff of member arrival and/or needs. Responsible for organizing and maintaining the valet are and equipment racks. Demonstrate positive attitude in stressful situations.

Job Responsibilities:
Greet guests by name and appropriately engage in conversation to determine their needs
Work outdoors in adverse winter conditions
Valet all ski/snowboard equipment by attaching appropriate labels and store in an organized fashion in the equipment storage area
Receive, track, and transport members’ and guests’ equipment to and from the Ski Valet tent daily
Locate ski/snowboard equipment and set out on appropriate racks, per each member’s expectations, so that equipment is easily, efficiently, and seamlessly accessed at the start of each member’s day on the mountain
Park and retrieve member and guest vehicles in a safe manner
Transport members’ and guests’ equipment to and from the member garage as needed
Keep valet areas clean and organized at all times
Assist guests by answering questions promptly and courteously and following through on special requests
Process equipment tuning & maintenance requests by accurately filling out required documentation and facilitating the delivery and pick up from ski shops daily
Assist in maintaining required inventory for consumable products (hand warmers, paper products, beverage items, etc.) -- communicate to Lead or Manager when inventories are low and in need of restocking
Assist with phone calls and provides accurate information regarding amenities, services, and prices.
Job Requirements:

Prior guest service experience - required
Valid, active driver's license; can pass MRV check – required, if fulfilling a driving role
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – preferred
English – required
Can clearly express self verbally, using correct grammar - required
