Jij bent de brug tussen een getekend contract en een klant die onze software echt begrijpt. Die rol is niet voor iedereen. Je beheert meerdere implementaties tegelijk, in verschillende fases, bij klanten die niets gemeen hebben behalve dat ze op jou rekenen. Retail, hospitality, logistiek: jij kent hun werkprocessen sneller dan ze dat van zichzelf verwachten.
Ons SaaS product is krachtig en die klanten vertrouwen er serieus op. Wat we nu bouwen is een implementatieteam dat daarbij past: gestructureerd, schaalbaar, geleid door mensen die het vak verstaan. We zoeken iemand die weet hoe je PRINCE2 toepast zonder dat het bureaucratie wordt, die meerdere trajecten tegelijk runt zonder overzicht te verliezen, en die net zo makkelijk schakelt met een MKB-directeur als met de IT-afdeling van een internationale keten.

Dit ga je doen
Als Software Implementation Consultant bij Dyflexis leid je meerdere software implementatie projecten tegelijk. Je werkt gestructureerd, PRINCE2-minded, maar weet ook wanneer je pragmatisch moet zijn. Klanten als Secrid, Stayokay, NIKKIE en MyJewellery rekenen op jouw begeleiding, structuur en kennis. Jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt voor de onboarding nadat de deal is gesloten.
Je analyseert de klantsituatie van begin tot eind: wat is de kernvraag, hoe zijn de werkprocessen ingericht en welke stakeholders moet je betrekken?
Je maakt een realistische projectplanning op basis van PRINCE2-principes en bewaakt die door alle fases heen, ook als de situatie onderweg verandert.
Je geeft trainingen aan systeembeheerders en eindgebruikers, en legt complexe functionaliteiten uit op een manier die elke doelgroep begrijpt.
Kleinere projecten draai je zelfstandig. Bij grote trajecten trek je samen op met een collega.
Je bezoekt klanten op locatie wanneer dat het project ten goede komt en vertegenwoordigt Dyflexis op een manier die past bij wie we zijn.
Je denkt mee over hoe het implementatieteam slimmer, sneller en effectiever kan werken.
Dit heb je nodig
Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een implementatie-, project- of consultancy rol, bij voorkeur in een SaaS- of B2B-omgeving. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met projectmanagement en werkt bij voorkeur met PRINCE2 of een vergelijkbare gestructureerde methodiek. Je weet hoe je meerdere lopende trajecten beheert zonder overzicht of kwaliteit te verliezen.
Je communiceert helder en zelfverzekerd, of je nu met een directeur aan tafel zit of een training geeft aan eindgebruikers.
Technisch ben je snel van begrip: coderen hoef je niet, maar nieuwe tools pik je snel op en leg je nog sneller uit aan anderen.
Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (C1-niveau).
Je bent nieuwsgierig: naar de klant, naar de software, naar interne ontwikkelingen en naar hoe dingen beter kunnen.
Je neemt eigenaarschap en wacht niet af. Je handelt.
Je bent representatief en voelt je even thuis op kantoor als bij een klant op locatie.
