Responsibilities

The Production Coordinator translates operational demand into material requirements and manages the flow of parts to assembly lines. They act as the Odoo ERP expert to ensure data integrity and lead internal audits to improve shop floor processes.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Business Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in planning and data analysis within a tech production environment. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel is essential.

Full job description

Translate operational demand into smooth material flow. Keep our factory moving – so our radars protect what matters.

As our Production Coordinator, you balance material flow and production demand to keep our assembly lines running smoothly. You collaborate daily with Procurement, Planning, Logistics and Project Management to clear administrative hurdles and keep parts arriving right on time. Reporting directly to the Head of Production and Planning, your work directly impacts our ability to build and ship high-tech systems without delay.

What you'll do

  • Demand translation and assembly tracking: Translate operational demand into material requirements by releasing over 150 manufacturing orders each month. Monitor and control these orders for sub- and final assemblies to ensure execution is accurate and efficient. Regularly review assembly timelines and component consumption to stay ahead of production needs.

  • Materials management and floor coordination: Coordinate daily shop floor activities while supporting Team Leaders, Production Engineers and Planners. Oversee and control production pickings to keep parts moving to the right stations. Keep a close eye on operational stock levels to prevent assembly line bottlenecks.

  • Systems expertise and data integrity: Act as the go-to expert for all operations-related modules within our Odoo ERP system. Spot and fix administrative errors in product movements and data management before they impact production. Maintain clean, reliable datasets to support smooth operational planning and analysis.

  • Internal audits and process improvement: Lead and facilitate monthly internal audits to maintain high operational standards. Dive into data to resolve complex problems and find ways to improve our shop floor processes. Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes seamlessly across the chain of operations.

What you bring

  • BSc, HBO, or MBO4 degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Business Engineering.

  • 2–4 years of planning experience within a technology production environment.

  • 2–4 years of data analysis experience focused on planning and operations.

  • Strong professional mastery of ERP systems – preferably Odoo – and advanced Excel skills.

  • A highly systematic and organised approach to planning, prioritising and managing workloads.

  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills across diverse cultures and backgrounds.

  • A down-to-earth team player who also thrives when working independently.

  • Comfortable working in an office-based environment with the flexibility of one remote day per week.

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding.

What we offer

  • Working for a Great Place to Work® certified company;

  • Comprehensive pension plan;

  • Commuting allowance;

  • 30 days of paid holiday leave (with the possibility to buy 3 additional days);

  • Opportunities to develop your skills even further through training and certifications;

  • High quality laptop/desktop, monitor, headphones, and any other equipment necessary for your role;

  • An international team of 30+ nationalities, full of high performance colleagues you can exchange experiences with and learn from.

  • As well as having a lot of fun in our social events and Friday drinks!
