Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your work contributes to the continuous enhancement of software performance and adaptability, supporting evolving organizational goals through innovative development practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
- Document development processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and big data technologies.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation within cloud environments.
- Knowledge of data security and compliance standards in cloud solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
