Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues within retail business systems.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level applications with a focus on retail operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills to document issues clearly and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
