Purpose of the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role supporting the global rollout of Keyloop’s new Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform.

The Product Operations Specialist will drive operational excellence across the rollout to all remaining markets worldwide, ensuring market readiness, catalogue integrity, stakeholder alignment, and reporting discipline.

The ideal candidate combines product operations discipline with strong programme coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex, multi-market product launches at pace.

Must-Haves

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Programme Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis within a software development environment.
• Demonstrable experience supporting multi-market product rollouts or large cross-functional programmes.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking programme KPIs and operational metrics.
• Proficiency with workflow and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and seniority levels.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and pace.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams across markets simultaneously.

Preferred

• Familiarity with CPQ systems, product configuration platforms, or pricing/quoting tooling.
• Exposure to the automotive, SaaS, or B2B enterprise technology sectors.
• Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.
• Proven ability to work effectively with global, multi-cultural, cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working with hub or regional operating models across multiple geographies.
