Manage inbound calls and inquiries from veterans to assess their needs and coordinate scheduling with medical providers. Document all interactions in the CRM and conduct follow-up outreach to ensure veterans are supported throughout the VA claims process.
Requires at least one year of call center or customer-facing experience and strong communication skills. Preference is given to veterans, military spouses, or those with a personal connection to the military community.

The Role
The Veteran Care Liaison is the first voice a veteran hears when they reach out to us. You'll manage inbound calls and inquiries, walk veterans through their options, coordinate scheduling with our medical providers, and make sure no one falls through the cracks. This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Salem office.
