The Behavioral Health Counselor facilitates individual and group counseling sessions for residents with mental health and substance abuse disorders. They are also responsible for completing program paperwork and collaborating with case managers and the Clinical Director.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or a related field and possess independent licensure as an L.P.C.C. or L.I.S.W. in Ohio. Prior experience in mental health and substance abuse services is required.
