The Client Resource Coordinator provides holistic, client-centered support to help individuals overcome non-legal barriers affecting their civil legal cases. This includes connecting clients with community resources, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with legal staff to develop support strategies.
Requires a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must have experience working with populations facing economic hardship, trauma, or housing instability.

Job Summary: The Client Resource Specialist is a member of Justice North's interdisciplinary legal team and works alongside attorneys and legal staff to help clients overcome barriers that affect their ability to resolve civil legal problems. The position provides holistic client support by connecting clients with community resources, assisting with benefits and services, providing crisis support, and coordinating with community partners. The Client Resource Specialist helps clients navigate complex systems while ensuring they are better positioned to engage in their legal cases and achieve long-term stability.

Social work licensure is not required.
