The therapist provides in-person counseling and therapeutic services to diagnose and treat mental health and substance use disorders. Key duties include developing individualized treatment plans, managing crisis situations, and coordinating care with families and other healthcare professionals.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology or a related field and possess a valid Indiana license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC). Required certifications include BLS, First Aid, and CPI, along with a valid driver's license.
The On-Site Licensed Therapist will provide in-person counseling and therapeutic services to patients, diagnosing and treating mental health and substance use disorders. The Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and circumstances, conduct ongoing assessments to monitor progress, and ensure high-quality care. This is a fully onsite role requiring direct patient interaction. Licensed Therapists will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
