The representative manages the patient check-in process, including insurance verification and appointment scheduling. They are also responsible for collecting co-pays, managing account balances, and supporting daily office operations.
A high school diploma or GED is required along with at least one year of office experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and pass criminal and driving record background checks.
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for enhancing the patient’s overall experience during their visit. The Representative will work directly with patients to assist with the admission and check-in process, review insurance eligibility and financial responsibilities, and schedule appointments. The Representative will be responsible for collecting any patient co-pays or outstanding balances. The Representative will also need to complete other tasks that contribute to the day-to-day functions of the
office.
Hours of operation are 5am-1pm.
