To provide patient care related services and tasks as ordered by the physician in the plan of care.
Qualifications
Must meet one of the following requirements: 1) have a minimum of one year full time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility); or 2) have one year experience within the last five years in direct client care in a home health or hospice setting.
Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

May demonstrate an active willingness to learn the required skills in lieu of existing technology skills.
