In this role, you will:
Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, delivering services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle
Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
Support clients to identify future employment or training options
Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
Case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goals
Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
