This is a field-based position that requires frequent travel to patient's homes in the greater Bloomington, IN area.
The Care Manager will be a vital part of our operations in Indiana. Responsibilities include performing orientations, providing an assessment of new patients to our program, and training our caregivers to ensure they provide the best service possible to their loved ones.

This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $22.00 and $26.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment.
