The Primary Therapist is responsible for conducting biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans. They facilitate individual, group, and family therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in a behavioral health field and have at least 2 years of experience treating SUD and mental health disorders. Active Indiana licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) is preferred, though those working toward licensure will be considered.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and experienced Primary Therapist to join our mental health and SUD clinical team in Bloomington, Indiana. This role is essential in supporting clients living with SUD and mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood, and personality disorders, through therapeutic interventions grounded in clinical best practices.
The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating complex psychiatric conditions, delivering individual and group therapy, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
