The supervisor monitors compliance with legal safety regulations and internal procedures on construction sites to mitigate risks. Key duties include conducting daily safety inspections and initiating immediate corrective actions for unsafe situations.
Candidates should have a degree in prevention, engineering, or construction, with basic knowledge of occupational safety and risk analysis. Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, and Prevention Advisor level 2 or 3 training is a plus.

Our OTS (Outsourced Technical Services) department supports projects in different sectors on basis of project staffing with consultants working at the client’s site.
The Site Safety Supervisor supervises the safe and orderly course of work on construction sites. He/she monitors compliance with legal safety regulations, the safety and health plan and internal procedures, and proposes corrective actions to mitigate risks. The position contributes to a safe working environment for employees, contractors and visitors. He/she ensures that work is carried out safely, in a controlled manner and according to procedures, which contributes to limiting risks and ensuring operational continuity.
