Are you a detail-oriented leader with a passion for delivering top-tier service? thl is seeking a proactive and driven Detailing Manager to lead our team in setting the standard for excellence in vehicle preparation. This role is an opportunity to inspire, lead, and oversee a dedicated detailing team, ensuring every vehicle meets the high-quality expectations of thl's renowned brand pillars.
What You'll Do:
Champion a culture of excellence and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
Lead and motivate a team of 25 - 75 seasonal staff, providing hands-on training and supervision to foster an efficient, productive, and quality-focused crew.
Manage daily operations, schedules, and rosters to maintain seamless team coverage and meet business demands.
Collaborate with the branch leadership team to support all departments as a duty manager on a rotating roster
Drive quality control efforts, performing inspections and monitoring cleanliness and detailing standards in line with company policies and procedures.
Ensure proper equipment maintenance, inventory management, and stock levels to facilitate high-quality service.
Lead health and safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all workplace OH&S standards.
About You:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and inspire a team.
Proven experience in a management or supervisory role within a fast-paced operational environment.
Confidence in handling high-pressure situations while delivering impeccable results.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and strong time management.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and positive approach with an eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and experience upholding a safe working environment.
Competency in MS Office applications and a valid driver's license.
