The Technical Targeting Analyst serves as the principal authority for AI-enabled targeting, leveraging machine learning and data exploitation to identify threats against high-value networks. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in intelligence analysis, data science, or cybersecurity. An active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility is required, along with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
Noblis is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst IV to support our customer in Chantilly VA.
The Technical Targeting Analyst will serve as the principal authority for AI-enabled targeting methodologies and intelligence-driven data analysis. Leverages advanced data exploitation methodologies, artificial intelligence tools, and machine learning workflows to identify, assess, and develop actionable intelligence leads against high-value threat networks. Ingests massive volumes of disparate datasets (including network telemetry, cyber forensics, and open-source intelligence) and utilizes AI-driven analytics to automate pattern-of-life analysis and isolate target vulnerabilities. Operates at the intersection of intelligence tradecraft and data science, partnering with engineering teams to optimize analytical models, ensure ethical data validation, and translate complex algorithmic findings into strategic briefings and operational targeting packages. Provides strategic leadership in analytic modernization, data-driven targeting, and cross-domain intelligence integration while ensuring the ethical and secure use of emerging technologies.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
