Lead and implement the full acquisition lifecycle, from conceptualization and requirements definition to procurement and standup. Advise sponsors on acquisition strategies and develop critical artifacts such as SOWs, RFPs, and source selection plans.
Requires a minimum of 10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and a current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. Candidates must have proven experience providing acquisition support to the Intelligence Community and the ability to translate mission needs into technical requirements.
