Manage the flow and receipt of samples into the laboratory system while ensuring all required documentation and quality standards are met. Coordinate laboratory operations to maintain the integrity of testing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates should have a passion for science, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and computer skills. A BSc is preferred, and experience in fast-paced environments or knowledge of chemistry principles is advantageous.

We are seeking a dedicated technician to join our Sample Reception team on a permanent basis. This is a pivotal role that keeps our laboratory operations running smoothly and ensures the integrity of our testing processes. If you thrive in dynamic environments where your attention to detail directly impacts quality outcomes, we want to hear from you.
You will be handling the flow of samples and receipt into our system. You will ensure quality standards are upheld, and that the required criteria & documentation for testing is supplied. Great opportunities to develop skills and understand the full workflow of our laboratory. Full training is provided on the job, including quality compliance with ISO 17025 and safety measures to ensure the job is done reliably and safely according to the WorkSafe Act 2015.
The Wellington AsureQuality laboratory is a fast-paced work environment requiring collaboration and teamwork. Our ideal candidates will have great attention to detail, communication skills, strong computer skills are also a plus for this role.
