Il/la Care Manager garantisce un’informazione medico-scientifica aggiornata e conforme al RCP/Summary of Product Characteristics. Comunica in modo efficace il valore clinico dei prodotti agli specialisti di riferimento nell’ambito delle malattie rare.
Il ruolo prevede la costruzione e il mantenimento di relazioni solide con clinici e centri, garantendo una corretta informazione sui farmaci nel rispetto della normativa applicabile e degli standard etici, legali e di compliance Biogen, supportando gli operatori sanitari nella rimozione delle principali barriere all’accesso alla terapia.
È responsabile del successo dei farmaci negli account assegnati, collaborando con i team cross-funzionali (marketing, value & access, medical e logistica) per creare valore per pazienti e stakeholder, assicurando una crescita sostenibile.
Responsabilità principali:
Analizzare il contesto pazienti/medici e sviluppare una solida conoscenza delle malattie rare nel rispetto dei requisiti regolatori e di compliance.
Sviluppare ed eseguire piani di business territoriali, coordinandosi con value e access e medical.
Definire e implementare piani strategici di account e di territorio.
Collaborare con team cross-funzionali per sviluppare centri di eccellenza e facilitare l’accesso alle terapie.
Fornire insight al management per l’identificazione e segmentazione dei key account.
Sviluppare una conoscenza approfondita delle priorità e dei processi decisionali degli stakeholder.
Costruire e mantenere relazioni di valore con stakeholder chiave coinvolti nella gestione delle terapie.
Solida conoscenza scientifica preferibilmente in ambito malattie rare.
Spiccate capacità analitiche e organizzative.
Esperienza di collaborazione e project management in contesti cross-funzionali.
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali a tutti i livelli.
