The Role -

GM Technical Center Korea는 숙련된 보건관리자(간호사 및 산업위생 전문가) 를 채용하여 임직원의 건강과 안전을 책임지고, 직업 보건 관리 프로그램을 통합적으로 운영하고자 합니다. 본 포지션은 산업 보건 간호 실무, 산업위생 업무, OSHA 규정 준수, 응급 의료 대응 등 폭넓은 업무를 수행하며, 사업장의 보건 · 산업위생 리스크를 선제적으로 관리하는 핵심 역할을 담당합니다.

What You’ll Do -

• 사내 보건실 운영 및 근로자 건강 상담, 복귀·전배치 등 직무적합성 평가

• 건강검진 및 사후관리(고위험군 모니터링, 사후관리, 추가 상담·조치) 수행

• 작업환경측정, 유해요인 점검, 물질안전보건자료 관리 등 산업위생 관련 업무

• 산업안전보건법, OSHA 등 관련 규정을 기반으로 한 보건관리자 업무 수행

• 작업 중 사고·급성질환 발생 시 현장 응급 대응

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) -

• 한국 간호사 면허 및 산업위생관리 기사 소지자

• 산업보건, 산업위생, 간호업무 등 관련 분야 실무 경력 3년 이상

• 응급처치 수행 능력 및 응급상황 대응 가능자

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications) -

• 제조업/자동차 산업 등 대규모 사업장 보건실 근무 경험자

• 작업환경측정, 근골격계 유해요인조사, 화학물질 관리, 건강증진 프로그램 등 수행 경험자

• 응급실 및 중환자실 근무 경험자

• 영어 능통자

• MS office 등 기본적인 업무용 시스템 활용 가능한자
