The engineer will support the development and improvement of semiconductor devices such as Si/SiC MOSFET and IGBT. Responsibilities include device analysis, simulation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance performance, yield, and reliability.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field. Basic knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication is required, with power semiconductor knowledge being a plus.
