Job Description
We are now recruiting a Production Operator (12 months FTC) to join our diverse team in Cork. This is a shift position at a 24 /5 site. To carry out the range of process operations linked to operating process equipment ie. supply, start-up, sampling, running checks, first level troubleshooting, dismantling and cleaning. Manufacture to GMP standard.

- Nano Mill
- Niro Granulation
- Sifting & Blending
- Tabletting
- Coating
- Sorting/Metal Detection
- Inspection (100%)
- Dispensing Equipment

- Fitzmill and Sweco Sieve
- Glatt Coating
- Encapsulation
- Complete process operation steps in the paperwork - and ensure checks completed prior to continuing.
- Take Samples
- Compare to quality standard
- Complete in-process tests
- Analyse any deviations
- Notify a Team Leader/Supervisor
- Carry out necessary corrections
- Fill in the quality control documents
- Fill in the documents
- Identify the samples
- Remove the samples
- Abide by safety regulations
- Notify superiors in event of accidents.
- Highlight any concerns on safety to Team Leader/Supervisor.
- Guarantee hygiene in each operation
- Report any dysfunction
- Pass on useful instructions to others
- Keep the work place clean and tidy at all times
- Be neatly dressed and behave responsibly.
· Minimum requirement is Leaving Certificate.
