岗位描述（Key Responsibilities）

1、区域市场策略与洞察

基于总部品牌/平台战略，结合区域真实业务情况（患者结构、科室结构、竞品格局、准入与支付环境等），形成区域层面的市场洞察与优先级判断

识别区域内关键增长机会点，制定清晰的区域市场策略及年度/季度行动计划

2、策略落地与项目管理

将区域策略转化为可执行的市场项目与活动组合（学术会议、平台项目、KOL 合作等）

负责区域市场项目的全流程管理：目标设定、资源配置、执行推进、KPI 评估与复盘

确保项目合规、高质量执行，并能够通过复盘不断优化区域打法

3、客户管理与观念升级

支持并赋能销售团队开展系统化的客户分层与观念管理

参与区域 KOL / 潜力客户的策略规划，推动从“活动触达”向“观念改变与行为转化”升级

与医学部协作，确保信息传递的科学性、一致性和长期价值

4、跨部门协作与影响力

与销售、医学、培训及总部市场团队保持紧密协作，推动策略共识与执行一致。通过专业能力与结构化沟通，有效影响并推动销售团队执行关键动作。

任职要求（Qualifications）

1、 经验背景

医药行业相关工作经验 5 年及以上，其中至少1年以上区域市场区域产品管理经验，有肿瘤领域（优先 GI / 消化道肿瘤 / IO）相关经验者优先，具备从销售管理到市场或区域策略成功转型经验者优先

2、核心能力要求

区域市场理解成熟：清楚区域市场与总部品牌市场的本质差异，能做取舍、定优先级

结构化思维强：能讲清楚“洞察 → 策略 → 动作 → KPI → 复盘”的完整逻辑

项目管理能力扎实：能同时推进多项目，并兼顾质量、合规与节奏

跨部门协作与影响力：能在复杂组织中推动共识，而非单点执行

3、个人素质

自驱力强，能在不确定性环境中保持判断力与行动力

对复杂市场有耐心，能“沉下来”做区域长期建设

认同合规文化，具备清晰的职业底线与风险意识

On-site Protocol

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
