Participate in apparel fitting sessions and provide feedback on the fit, comfort, and functionality of garments. Test products during movement-based activities, such as treadmill running, to support the product development process.
Applicants must closely match specific measurement requirements and maintain a consistent figure over time. Must be based in Zurich and available for in-person sessions on at least two weekdays per week.

We're looking for flexible individuals with active lifestyles to join our apparel team as Fit Models. In this role, you'll play an important part in the development and refinement of our products by participating in garment fittings throughout the product creation process.
As a Fit Model, you'll work closely with our Apparel teams, helping us ensure that our products meet the highest standards of fit, comfort, and performance. You will gain exclusive insights into upcoming products and innovations before they reach the market, becoming a trusted partner in an ongoing relationship that could extend over several seasons and years.
Because On creates performance-driven running and training gear, we are looking for people who are active, fit, and comfortable testing garments during activities such as walking or running on a treadmill.
