IS&T is the engine behind everything Apple does for customers and for the people who build for them. It’s Apple’s central nervous system. Supporting 2.5 billion active Apple devices, processing billions of secure transactions, and keeping the technology that defines modern life running flawlessly, IS&T makes the impossible feel effortless.
You will play a meaningful role within the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) team leading the definition, development and deployment of technical solutions across Apple’s Operations, Retail, AppleCare, and other critical functions. This person would work cross-functionally with global functional, technical teams to ensure Apple is deploying solutions that meet our regulatory requirements, while integrating business requirements with future systems architecture, business impact assessments, and future operating models. Key responsibilities include:
Global Program Delivery.
Cross-functional Liaison.

10+ years of experience in cross-functional program or portfolio management within a highly regulated, compliance-driven environment.
5+ years experience with data privacy regulations.
5+ years experience with enterprise software, integration, and data management technologies (e.g. Cloud Computing, API Web-services, AI data platforms, etc.)
5+ years of retail operations processes — online fulfillment/marketplace, point-of-sale, customer support, and forward/reverse logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding with data privacy regulations. to drive alignment across Legal, Privacy, or Regulatory teams to define scope and translate requirements into executable program plans.
Proven ability to keep scope, timeline, and dependencies on track while ensuring all compliance decisions are made by Legal/Privacy team.
Exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and executive presentation — with the ability to synthesize complexity for senior leadership audiences.
Experience integrating business transformation with systems architecture, operating model design, and organizational change management.
Comfortable operating in collaborative environments with high ambiguity; able to bring structure and clarity where none exists.
Experience with enterprise program management tools (e.g. Wrike, Jira, Smartsheet) and familiarity with IS&T delivery models.
Able to operate independently with conviction, influence without authority, and drive cross functional teams to the right decisions with speed and precision.
Adept at managing competing priorities across Legal, business, and technical stakeholders while keeping the program on track.
