The Service Advisor manages the scheduling and processing of retail, warranty, and internal repair orders while overseeing technician workflow. They act as the primary liaison between customers and the service department to ensure high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or service advisor role. Knowledge of marine equipment, engines, and parts is strongly preferred.
