The Global Retail Shopper Project Manager coordinates the design, procurement, and delivery of point-of-sale materials for a global brand portfolio. This role manages the end-to-end process from concept to commercialization, ensuring all retail assets meet brand guidelines and are delivered on time and within budget.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have solid experience in project management within retail or shopper marketing, including managing external vendors and budgets. Experience in the alcohol beverage or CPG industry and managing multi-market activation programs is preferred.

The Global Retail Shopper Project Manager owns point-of sale materials for our global portfolio of brands. This role is the central point of coordination between Sazerac Marketing, Sales, Procurement & External Suppliers, and will own, define and operate the process to ensure all program components are specified, designed, ordered, and delivered on time and in budget.
This includes durables, equipment, displays, printable POS, wearables, giveaways, etc. and means managing the process to ensure everything meets brand design guidelines, shopper programming requirements, and sales needs.
This position combines strategic project planning, team leadership, and operational oversight to deliver breakthrough retail experiences on time and within budget. Additionally, the Program Manager champions process improvements and brand standards, leveraging collaboration, problem solving and centralized tracking and dashboards.
