Du bist verantwortlich für die effiziente und sichere Abwicklung sämtlicher Warenein- und -ausgänge im House of Gübelin. Dabei stellst du einen reibungslosen nationalen und internationalen Versand sowie einen professionellen Warenfluss sicher.
Das Arbeitspensum ist auf fünf Arbeitstage pro Woche (Montag bis Freitag) verteilt.
Entgegennahme, Kontrolle und Verteilung von Warenanlieferungen
Fachgerechtes Verpacken sowie Organisation von nationalen und internationalen Versandaufträgen
Koordination von Standard-, Wert- und Spezialtransporten sowie Korrespondenz mit Transportpartnern
Versandmonitoring von Endkundenaufträgen
Bündelung von Versandaufträgen zur Erhöhung der Kosteneffizienz
Durchführung einfacher Wareneingangskontrollen und Datenerfassung
Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses zu internen Stellen
Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Arbeitsdokumentationen
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen
Kontierung von Rechnungen sowie Organisation der benötigten Arbeitsmittel
Produktetikettierung und Unterstützung im Bereich Datenerfassung des Wareneingang-Systems
Unterstützung im Team Supply Chain & Order Management
Requirements
Abgeschlossene Berufslehre
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Versand, Logistik oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion von Vorteil
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Freundliche, kommunikative und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
