As a Part-Time Office Clerk, you will provide administrative support with a primary focus on dealer trades, vehicle documentation, and general office assistance. Previous administrative, office clerk, dealership office, title clerk, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Automotive dealership experience.
Experience handling dealer trades, vehicle titles, registrations, or deal paperwork.
Familiarity with dealership management systems.
