The Sales Associate is responsible for selling, rotating, and merchandising the company's portfolio within assigned accounts while providing route relief for Sales Representatives. They must also maintain industry knowledge, submit required reporting, and monitor competitive activity to meet business objectives.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be at least 21 years of age. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
