Requires at least 5 years of leadership experience in Facility or Building Management and proficiency in English. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and experience with contract management and relevant building regulations.

What your daily work will be
As a Facility Manager, together with your team, you ensure that IKEA Delft provides a safe, clean, sustainable and well-functioning environment for customers, visitors and co-workers.
You work closely with colleagues, suppliers and external partners and take the lead in further developing our store. You are proactive, recognize opportunities for improvement and turn them into concrete actions.

About this role
As a Facility Manager, you will be part of the Business Navigation & Operations Management team and report to the Business Navigation & Operations Manager.
You will work together with colleagues, suppliers and external partners to ensure that IKEA Delft remains a safe, sustainable and inspiring place for both customers and co-workers. It is also important that you have a flexible availability, as you will work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
