The Counter Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to meet all sales, customer service, and operational targets. They are responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to drive customer retention and manage in-store events.
Candidates must have proven retail sales experience, team leadership skills, and experience in strategic business planning. Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Excel, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
