We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of International Premier Relationship Manager (Cantonese/Mandarin speaking).

Our Wealth and Premier teams help customers protect what matters today and build for tomorrow — and you’ll be right at the heart of that, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. We’re looking for an International Premier Relationship Manager who can speak Cantonese and/or  Mandarin to support our internationally connected High Net Worth Premier clients (up to £750k net worth).

In this role you will:

• Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of internationally connected HNW Premier clients
• Deliver a personalised relationship and wealth service, including regular client visits across your market
• Build long-term relationships grounded in trust, empathy, and a real understanding of client goals
• Use data and insight to spot needs and shape tailored banking and wealth solutions
• Grow your portfolio through proactive acquisition and retention activity
• Represent HSBC at community, industry, and networking events to build our presence
• Partner closely with Wealth Managers and internal teams to deliver joined-up client outcomes
• Keep risk management and regulatory standards high, using digital tools to plan and track engagement

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin (essential)
• Solid knowledge of Retail Banking and how to support customers end-to-end
• A commercial mindset with a focus on growing portfolio value and spotting opportunities
• Confidence building networks and maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong influencing skills and the ability to communicate with impact
• Self-motivation with great diary management and organisation
• A data-led approach to understanding needs and making recommendations
• Strong risk awareness, sound judgement, and comfort using digital tools
