Provide a high-quality customer experience by offering shoe recommendations and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and inventory organization to drive sales goals.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
As a Famous Footwear Sales Associate, you are passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer. You do this by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company. You are a team player, celebrating individual and team successes.
