The City Desk Representative manages operational functions including order entry, filling orders, and processing returns. They are also responsible for maintaining the display area, managing vendor catalogs, and monitoring inventory stock levels.
A 2-year business/trade degree or equivalent experience is preferred, along with at least one year of warehouse or sales experience. Proficiency in English and familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and SAP software are desired.

The City Desk Representative supports the operation functions of the city desk. Enters orders, fills orders, processes returns, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe and well-stocked City Desk display area, maintains vendor catalogs and price sheets, informs proper departments of “stock outs”, and maintains assigned inventory stock locations.
