Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
  

• Minimum 5 years' experience in content planning, communications, editorial management, social media, or content strategy.
  

• Experience working within a corporate, agency, or large enterprise environment.
  

• Proven experience managing editorial calendars and multi-channel content programmes.
  

• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and senior leadership.
  

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  

• Demonstrated experience managing content across social media and employee engagement platforms.
  

• Experience with LinkedIn and enterprise communication channels.
  

• Familiarity with social listening and analytics tools such as Meltwater or similar platforms.
  

• Experience managing content repositories, SharePoint, or digital asset management systems.
  

• Excellent copy-editing and content quality assurance skills.
  

• Strong understanding of content governance, approvals, and publishing workflows.
