执行和改进设备全生命周期管理，以成本及方案最小化设备停机时间
• 组织应急抢修，减少设备停机损失
• 负责复杂设备问题抢修及事后分析改进
• 执行和改进现有TPM流程及细节,降低设备停机时长和发生频次
• 实施设备升级改造项目，实施设备大修和项修，提高设备性能和使用寿命
• 对接工艺项目，负责设备前期可行性论证，支持水电气安装调试，设备验收，PM规划及作业指导书编制，维修人员技能培训和提升
• 管理设备备件（识别，新增，维修费用预算及执行，国产化，替代方案开发）
• 编写设备故障报告并汇报
(核心要点: 机加工中心维修兼具自动化流水线维修, 有液压测试台工作经验优先）
• 对数控加工中心（MAZAK/Makino/Mori Seiki/Doosan）& 液压测试台，绗磨设备，高压清洗机等，具备独立实际解决实际复杂设备问题的经验和能力
• 具备机加工类自动化流水线设备电气控制经验，熟悉主流PLC控制原理，设备通讯原理，主流工业机器人，有实际独立解决复杂电气问题的能力
• 熟悉液压系统原理，能够高效识别和判定液压测试台等液压类设备失效部件
• 熟悉各类电路板维修优先（各类变频器，伺服驱动器等）
• 对预防性维护及预测性维护有深入的实战经验
• 熟悉液压阀/泵/油缸产品特点及其制造工艺的人员优先录用
• 具备项目管理经验，能够独立领导小规模项目
专业及经验要求：
• 本科或以上学历，专业为电气自动化/机械设计制造及其自动化/机械工程或电气工程/数控技术/液压技术等
• 五年或以上电气工程师/设备工程师/机械工程师 且必须具备独立解决实际问题的经验
• 英语CET 4或以上，英语读写能力良好，口语能力能够进行普通业务交流
• 高压/低压电工证优先
• PMP（优先）
• 良好的问题分析与解决能力
• 良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力
• 停机数据分析及改进能力
• 较强的执行力与抗压能力
• 工作思路清晰，工作效率高，擅长总结，高效撰写专业性报告者优先
• 对数字化维修管理有项目经验或者实际经验者优先
