The engineer will perform CFD simulations for thermal management systems in construction machinery and new energy products, including battery thermal management and cooling systems. They will also collaborate with global teams to optimize designs, develop simulation workflows, and validate models through experimental data.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree or higher in Thermal Energy, Power Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent or STAR-CCM+ and programming skills in Python or MATLAB are required.

你将参与柴油动力及电动化产品冷却系统、动力电池热管理系统（BTMS）、整机热管理系统（MTMS）、驾驶室空调系统及相关热流体部件的开发与优化。
在该岗位中，你将与全球产品开发团队、试验团队、设计工程师及产品应用工程师紧密合作，通过仿真与试验结合的方法解决复杂工程问题，推动产品创新与技术进步。
工作职责:
CFD仿真分析
使用 CFD 工具开展流动与传热仿真分析, 包括工程机械以及发动机整机热管理系统仿真, 电池包温度场仿真，热失控以及热寿命的仿真计算
建立和维护冷却系统、热交换器、风扇、水泵、电池包等仿真模型
分析产品开发过程中出现的热管理相关问题
提出基于仿真结果的设计优化建议
支持新产品开发（NPI）及新技术导入（NTI）项目
与设计团队合作完成热管理系统设计验证
支持关键设计决策和技术评审
参与产品性能分析和竞争力提升工作
开发和优化CFD分析流程
利用Python等工具实现数据处理和自动化分析
协助团队建立仿真最佳实践和知识库
推动数字化工程能力建设
支持风洞试验、热平衡试验和整机验证
分析仿真与试验结果差异
