Job Summary

-High voltage eDrive system and component test and equipment

-Test procedure and equipment manage.

Roles and Responsibilities
1.Conduct testing on eDrive system as well as component of motor and power electronic, formulate feasible test plans and procedures, finish testing and deliver test reports
2.Participate in R&D process of eDrive system, carry out comprehensive testing on product performance, reliability and safety, identify product defects, analysis root cause of failures. And cooperate with R&D team to complete verification.
3.Research and implement AI-powered intelligent testing methods, integrate intelligent testing technologies into eDrive system and component testing procedures, optimize conventional testing modes and improve testing efficiency.
4.Keep tracking of industrial technology trends, innovate testing ideas and technical approaches, put forward proposals for test plan optimization and technical improvement, promote the upgrading of product testing technology and test equipment.

-Master’s degree or above, major in electrical Automation, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology related fields. experience in high-voltage electrical, motor and PE testing are preferred.

-familiar with working principle of high-voltage electricity and master of basic characteristics.
-solid theoretical knowledge of eMotor and PE.proficinet in conventional performance, durability, working condition and reliability testing methods and procedures for eDrive system.
-Basic understanding of AI automated tesing, intelligent data analysis, candidates with practical experience in implementing AI testing are highly preferred
-Innovation mindset, willing to explore new tesing technologies and tools.
-Responsible and highly execution-oriented, with good team work, communication skills.
