Responsible for the design and development of high-performance DC/DC converters focusing on power density and efficiency. Duties include leading junior engineers, conducting design reviews, and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing.
Requires a BSEE with 4 years, MSEE with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year of experience in high-frequency DC/DC power converters. Proficiency in simulation tools like PSpice and SIMplis, as well as ECAD tools like Altium or Orcad, is required.

The salary range for this role is $129,000/year - $150,000/year.
The salary range listed is based on market data and internal benchmarks. Actual compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
